24 hours...

Follow-up to the previous post - after calling the city last Thursday and being assured that my recycling would be picked up, I came home last night (Monday) to find it finally done. I pulled the empty cart off the curb...just in time to put it back out in 24 hours. Oh well, at least I didn't need it before then.

Recycle for the Recycling

For those watching for updates to street progress, you won't them in this post.
This is here because my recycling cart was not picked up today. The last time I called to report a non-pick-up, I was told my cart was too full. So, just in case, here's (photographic) proof it's not. Yes, that's today's Wall Street Journal just to prove the point.

• It's not full.
• It doesn't have inappropriate materials (just paper and cardboard).
• It should have been picked up.

It stays on my curb until it does.
